About

The Small Biz Map is designed to help companies realize their business and organizational objectives by creating strategies, systems and processes that deliver exceptional results. This includes leveraging social media to create awareness, credibility, and eventually profit.

Leading the charge is Ronda L. Crowley, who has been engaged in the private practice of law since 1993 in small and mid-sized firms and as a sole practitioner. During that time, she has litigated claims involving federal and state employment laws; responded to administrative agency charges; developed employee handbooks, policies and procedures; and counseled clients concerning employment practices. Ronda has also served as a human resources professional at a fortune 500 company, facilitating decision making in business units related to hiring, discipline, performance management, government compliance and terminations.

Ronda combines her experience as a practicing attorney and human resources professional to help entrepreneurs, small businesses and nonprofit organizations determine their strategy and workforce needs, comply with state and federal laws, develop and implement personnel policies and practices, manage performance, resolve employee relations issues and recommend preventive litigation strategies. Focused on providing support and infrastructure, Ronda also works with companies to ensure successful recruitment, selection, and retention through social media.

Ronda has lectured on various employment matters to groups such as PIHRA and provides in-house training programs for small businesses and nonprofit organizations. In addition, she is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court mediation panel.
